JOB FOR A COWBOY, NIGHTRAGE Vocalists To Guest On New LANDMINE MARATHON Album
June 17, 2008JOB FOR A COWBOY vocalist Jonny Davy and NIGHTRAGE frontman Antony Hmlinen have recorded guest appearances on the new album from the Phoenix death-crust machine LANDMINE MARATHON, entitled "Rusted Eyes Awake". Jonny sings a verse for a song entitled "Red Days" and Antony does back-up vocals for the chorus in the track "Bled to Oblivion".
"Rusted Eyes Awake" will be released this fall via Level Plane Records.
Led by ferocious frontwoman Grace Perry, LANDMINE MARATHON breathes new life into a classic era of extreme music namely the early Earache Records era, defined by the raw, anthemic sounds of bands like CARCASS and BOLT THROWER.
LANDMINE MARATHON's debut full-length ("Wounded", released on Level Plane Records in the summer of '06) earned the band massive media coverage, including a page in Revolver's "Hottest Women In Metal" issue.
